Getting started with STEM Tutorex is personalized and straightforward. Before tutoring begins, we schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation through Google Meet with the parent(s) and student(s).

After the consultation, if you choose to proceed, the following steps are straightforward:
– Complete the payment for your selected package

At STEM Tutorex, we understand that unexpected events can happen. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be fully explained during your virtual consultation.
If a notice is provided within the required timeframe, the missed session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. However, if no notice is given or the cancellation falls outside the policy window, the session will be considered completed.
If a tutor is ever unavailable or needs to cancel, the session will always be rescheduled at a convenient time for your child.
